ALERT: USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to COVID-19. Your package may remain at a USPS facility for a few days before tracking info is available.

Most orders placed before 3 PM EST will be processed on the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3 p.m., or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day. We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Nearly all orders ship USPS First Class (3-4 business days) or Priority Mail (1-3 business days).

CAN YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Yes! We can ship to PO Boxes with Standard Shipping.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

Many of our packages are shipped by USPS. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?

You will not need to sign for delivery. You are acknowledging that neither USPS nor Plantsilk are responsible for replacing product in the event that your order is damaged or missing.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS?

Unfortunately we cannot accept special delivery instructions for orders placed through Plantsilk at this time.
