RETURNS

To make a return online, please email us with your order number, at support@plantsilk.com. We will send you a return authorization number and instructions for the return.

Plantsilk wants you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a Plantsilk.com purchase, please return it for a full refund.

Returned headgear must be unopened and returned in the original packaging.

Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase, as indicated on your order confirmation email.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

*Note, you can only return Plantsilk products that were purchased directly from our website. If you purchased any of our products at an authorized retailer or from another website, returns must be made at the original point of purchase.
